Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order, with your order number. We confirm the cancellation by email.

Your refund

An order cancelled within 24 hours is refunded in full, including the delivery fee. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on your card's issuing bank.

After 24 hours

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. Once your order is delivered, you may be able to return it under our Return Policy.

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a piece is no longer available, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if a payment is flagged as fraudulent or comes from a sanctioned country.
