You agree not to: (a) scrape, mirror, or republish content from the Service without written permission; (b) attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits; (c) upload malicious code or content; (d) use the Service to harass other users or makers.

4. Intellectual property

All editorial copy, photography, and trade dress on the Service are owned by Kun Arabian or its licensors. Product images and maker stories remain the property of the makers, licensed to us for display on the Service.

5. User-submitted content

If you submit reviews, photos, or messages, you grant Kun Arabian a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, edit, and translate that content in connection with the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep it secure and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kun Arabian's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the value of your most recent paid order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or a banner on the site. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
