Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment, including through Apple Pay. Payments are processed by Telr, our licensed payment gateway, on its own secure payment page. We do not see or store your full card details.

Currency

Prices can be shown in several currencies for your convenience. All card payments are charged in UAE dirhams (AED). Before you pay, the checkout page shows the amount in AED that will be charged. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

Payment confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of receipt. You also see an order confirmation page straight after paying, and the order appears under My orders.

If a payment fails

If your card is declined or the payment page expires, your order is not placed and your card is not charged. You can try again with the same card or another one.

Sanctioned countries

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
