Delivery Policy
Orders on kunarabian.com are delivered by SMSA Express, a licensed courier, to the address you enter at checkout.
Where we deliver
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Jordan and Egypt. Only these countries can be selected at checkout.
How your order is shipped
- Each piece ships from the workshop or warehouse of the maker who made it. An order with pieces from several makers may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
- The maker packs the piece to arrive in good condition, and SMSA collects it from the maker.
- You can follow every parcel from My orders using its SMSA tracking link.
Delivery fees
The delivery fee depends on the parcel's weight and on where it ships from and to. It is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay, and included in your order total.
- Within the UAE: 14.18 AED for a parcel up to 5 kg, including 5% VAT. Heavier parcels cost more.
- Between countries: depends on the route and weight, and on whether the parcel travels by air or by road. Where both are available you choose at checkout.
Delivery time
- Within the UAE: 1 to 2 business days after the parcel is collected by SMSA.
- Between the UAE and the other countries above: 4 to 7 business days after collection.
- Remote areas can take up to 7 business days.
Customs and duties
For deliveries between countries, the destination country's VAT and any customs duties are not included in the delivery fee. SMSA collects them from the recipient on delivery.
Proof of delivery
SMSA confirms every delivery with the recipient and records a proof of delivery, which we keep with your order. Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, tell the courier and email us within 48 hours.
Failed or refused delivery
If SMSA cannot deliver the parcel or it is refused, it is returned to the maker and the price of the piece is refunded under our Refund Policy. Delivery fees are not refundable.
