These terms apply to every order placed on https://kunarabian.com/ and in the Kun Arabian app. By placing an order you accept them, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
- "KUN ARABIAN PORTAL L.L.C" maintains the https://kunarabian.com/ Website ("Site").
- United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law is the local law of the United Arab Emirates.
Kun Arabian is a marketplace. The pieces are made and shipped by independent makers, and Kun Arabian sells them to you on the makers' behalf and handles payment, delivery, returns and refunds.
2. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a piece is no longer available, if a price was shown in error, or if a payment is flagged as fraudulent.
3. Prices and payment
- Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
- The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
- Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://kunarabian.com/ policies and rules.
Prices include the maker's price and any VAT shown. The delivery fee is added at checkout. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
4. Delivery
We deliver by SMSA Express to the countries listed in our Delivery Policy, which sets out fees, delivery times, customs duties and proof of delivery.
5. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, return eligible pieces within 7 days of receipt, and receive refunds to your original payment method, as set out in our Cancellation Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy. Items that cannot be returned are listed in the Return Policy and marked before you buy.
6. Your account
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
7. Product descriptions
Handmade pieces vary slightly in colour, size and finish, and screen colours differ. These variations are part of handmade work and are not defects. A piece that is materially different from its description can be returned under our Return Policy.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law. Otherwise, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
9. Disputes
Please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
